God’s Plan

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God…” Ephesians 2: 8-9 (KJV)

God’s plan for us is mainly our salvation; that is, everyone must receive eternal life (John 3:16). Thank You for all Your promises, Lord. Your Word assures us that You are not willing for anyone to perish,  but want everyone to come to repentance.

This plan is very simple: “…if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Romans 10: 9-10). God is truly concerned about us and our well-being.

Rejoice in the fact that there is no limit to God’s love. It is from everlasting to everlasting. He has poured His love abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. I daily ask Him to strengthen me with the might of the Holy Spirit so that I will be able to comprehend the full extent of His love for us. You can do the same by faith.

Yes, God is so loving and kind to us; even when we make mistakes, He still gives us hope that we can safely say, “GOD  LOVES  ME.” It gives me great comfort and a wonderful sense of security to realise that Your angels are encamped around me.  I know that they are always ready to deliver me in the same way that You sent the angels to shut the lion’s mouth in order to protect  Your servant, Daniel. Hallelujah! Lord, I  know You will let Your angels watch over and protect me always. Thank You for Your magnificent plan.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your unconditional love and grace that is keeping us. Strengthen us with Your might and by Your Spirit in our innermost being so that  Christ may fully dwell and abide in our hearts. Help us to be grounded in love. Lord, I pray for our salvation, especially for our loved ones and friends. Let them come to know You, Jesus. Let Your will be done, in Jesus’s name. Amen.
